While visiting the Music4Life™ Web site, if you sign up for newsletters, contribute or request information, you will be asked to provide certain information. In all cases, this information is submitted voluntarily. In most cases, Music4Life™ asks clients to provide their name, title, organization name, address, telephone, and e-mail. If you contribute money via our secure Web site, you will be asked for credit card information in order to complete the transaction. |

Our contributor list is not for sale. When you visit our Web site or contribute to Music4Life™ , your name and mailing information will not be sold to a commercial organization.
